Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Dog Universe platform, and the services offered: pet boarding (dogs and cats), pet taxi, and grooming in Marrakech, Morocco. By creating an account and making a booking, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services Offered

• Boarding: accommodation for dogs and cats at our Marrakech facility. Daily rate: 120 MAD/dog, 70 MAD/cat. Rates may change; the rate applicable is the one shown at booking confirmation.
• Pet taxi: pet transport within Marrakech (standard trip, vet transport, airport transfer). Available Monday to Saturday, 10:00–17:00 only. Not available on Sundays.
• Grooming / bath (boarding add-on): available as a complement to a boarding stay. Rate: 100 MAD (small dog), 150 MAD (large dog).

3. Bookings

All bookings made through the platform are subject to validation by our team. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation notification.

• Bookings can only be made for future dates.
• Pet taxi bookings are subject to the time slot and Sunday unavailability constraints described in section 2.
• In the event of unavailability, we will notify you as soon as possible and the booking will be cancelled at no charge.

4. Health & Vaccinations

For the well-being of all animals in our care, mandatory vaccinations must be up to date at the time of the stay. You are responsible for the accuracy of the medical information entered on the platform. Dog Universe reserves the right to refuse admission of an animal showing symptoms of contagious illness.

5. Pricing & Invoicing

All prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), inclusive of applicable taxes. An invoice is generated after each service and accessible from your client portal. Payment is due according to the terms agreed with our team.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a pending or confirmed booking directly from your client portal, or by contacting us at contact@doguniverse.ma. Cancellation terms (notice period, potential fees) will be communicated by our team based on the specific booking.

7. Liability

Dog Universe is committed to providing the highest standard of care for your pet during their stay. We cannot be held liable for undisclosed pre-existing medical conditions or for events beyond our control. Any incident occurring during a stay will be reported to you without delay.

8. Loyalty Programme

Dog Universe offers a tiered loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) providing access to exclusive benefits. Grades are calculated automatically based on your stay history. Dog Universe reserves the right to modify programme conditions and benefits at any time, with prior notice to clients.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the platform (logo, content, design, code) are the exclusive property of Dog Universe. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
